Thank you for checking out Kettering Girl Scouts.

We are interested in all Girls regardless of race, religion, background, finances, or anything else someone can think of... :) 

Girls are grouped by age and grade. The following is how we determine which group your daughter will be placed in.

Daisy - Kindergarteners and 1st grade*
Brownies - 2nd and 3rd graders
Juniors - 4th and 5th graders
Cadettes - 6th to 8th grades
Seniors - Freshman and Sophmores
Ambassadors - Juniors and Seniors

Juilettes are girls that want to be a Girl Scout but don't have time to join a troop or prefer to work on their own.

*Girls can not join until they are in Kindergarten regardless of their age.

The Girl Scout year runs from September 30 to October 1st.  We do early bird registration for already-registered Girl Scouts in April-May.  $25 registration fee, and each troop may have their own set troop dues to help offset the cost of activities and badges.
